Toasty Dessert

Here's a very quick and very easy dessert recipe. If you like Fried Ice Cream, you'll definitely love this!

3 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

**NOTE: The ratio is 3 Tbsp to 1 tsp. If you need more of the mixture, just multiply the amounts keeping this ratio**

Butter
Ciabatta (or Tuscan) bread, sliced into 1-inch thick slices

Over Med-High heat, melt enough butter to cover the bottom of the pan. Don't be skimpy! You want the bread to be able to soak up the butter.

Place the bread in the hot butter and let it begin to brown. Flip the bread over and sprinkle a generous amount of the cin/sugar mixture over the top. Flip again and allow the sugar to carmelize; sprinkle more sugar on the other side of the toast. Flip one more time and allow the newly-sprinkled side to carmelize.

Plate with a healthy (if there is such a thing) dollop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle some honey and chocolate syrup and serve with a piece of the cinnamon toast.

Hey, it's been a while since you posted your last dessert. We missed your posts.

Anyways, welcome back. Are you taking the vows soon?

Whoa. Two excellent blogs. Been reading like a fool for hours.

AMDG,

P.S. The trick to cookie pizza is pureed raspberries for the sauce and grated white chocolate for the cheese. You're welcome.

Holy mackerel, I knew I loved the Jesuits, but I didn't expect it to turn into drooling.

Shoot, if you weren't a priest, and if I weren't 1000 years old and spoken for (very badly at times, I might add), I would propose to you.

Oh my, this site will be saved to favorites, TOO, lol.
